Worst experience I ever had today with Anna, she has no idea about how to begin the massage or even how to massage, explained very nice n clear I need only neck, right shoulder and lower back area & after 10 mins I had to stop her for poking her elbow as she was constantly poking elbow on my joint n bones, instead fixing giving more pain and when I stopped her not do and pal concentrate on my right should as requested in the beginning, she started complaining in arrogant way first u tell me shoulder now I'm back giving massage at back it's too short time for 3 pressure to fix! Are you serious this is not my first time I'm having massage! I'm owner myself as well and run 6 stores & will loose clientele if you have inexperienced & arrogant staff like her! Wish you good luck with your business & last I made my appointments with Amy after I paid and reached the massage table your staff said Amy is not working today, wonderful customer service.
